Who would assembel the office chairs ?
Our executive delivering the chair would assembel the chair itself and provide you instructions if any regarding use and adjustments of chairs.
Does Cafe Chairs Require Assembly ?
Cafe Chairs are pre-assembeled and no assembly would be required.
How do I know, the date I would receive my order?
The expected dispatch date of the order is mentioned against each product. Your order would be shipped accordingly. Our endeavour is to get the order delivered to you as fast as possible. If we estimate any delay, we will update you about the same and we would always call you before delivering the product to make sure your available.
The product that I wanted to order is no more available. What do I do?
We do get fresh stock of whatever has been sold out in most cases. There is a "Tell Me When Available" link right next to Out of Stock sign under each product, you can click on that button and you will be notified via email once that item is back in stock. Please note One-of-a-kind items do not come back in stock.
Can I change a product in an order that I have already placed?
It would not be possible to change products in orders, you need to get your previous order cancelled within 24hrs and place a new order.
Can I pay for an order, after I have received the product?
No we don’t provide cash on delivery service.
How secure is my payment and the card details?
Our Payment gateways adopt stringent security measures to ensure that critically sensitive information, such as your personal information and your credit card details, are well protected. We are using CCAvenue as our payment gateway partner.
Do you ship your products to all countries?
No, we don't ship globally.
Can I track my package?
Yes, you can track your package by your order number once it is shipped by our side.

What are your shipping charges?
Shipping Charges are free for now all over and around Mumbai.
What are the couriers you use to ship the products?
For now we personally deliver and assembel our chairs at the time of delivery itself.
Can you ship the product, faster than the dispatch date given online?
We generally try to dispatch products as soon as possible and within the dispatch date given. However if there is an urgent requirement you can call us before placing the order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You may use Internet Banking or pay by using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards in India.
We also accept Chq, Demand Drafts, Net Transfers & Online NEFT Transfers.
How can the store offer these discounts?
Offers if any are mentioned on the Product page and it may vary from time to time.
How do I cancel an order with an online store?
To cancel your order, please call our call centre or email us at email@example.com within 24hours of placing the order.
Can I change my email address and the password I use to access the website?
Yes. You may change these details by logging into your account and in settings option you will be able to change the same.
